Sound bad -Video Excellent

The video on this Vizio product is fantastic and dollar for dollar much better then more expensive sets. The sound quality is poor and I recommend a surround system, which , most people use anyways. I work in retail and I have seen the other brands that have been returned, symphonic, emerson to name a few, that have not lived up to the hype. This brand does and I see it being around for years. I've owned this set for a year and a half now with no problems. The kids have abused it by leaving video games and dvds playing on it for hours with no burn in indications like other sets I have owned.The life expectancy on this set is 26 years or so. Lets be honest..when is the last time you had a tv set longer then 12 years?
