Great Value

This stereo was purchased to eliminate c.d.s from my car. It is by far is the cheapest way to achieve that. Using the sd card slot is much easier than fumbling with my Ipod and a clumsy fm adapter.I found the same faults with the mp3 playback as the other reviewers. The card slot works the best of all.There does seem to be some firmware issues in switching between usb and cd. This unit replaced a much more expensive, perfectly functioning Alpine stereo. It is hooked up to a system with two amplifiers and an equalizer and it provides excellent sound quality. The lighting matches my Sirius satellite radio but frustratingly, its remote turns the sirius on and off when advancing tracks. Overall it has provided good performance for the price. Since the cd player or speaker outputs wont be used it should prove reliable.
