My Viking keeps me toasted with minimal usage, then it has me steaming.

Pros: Professional, heavy duty appearance.

Cons: Not built to last, appearance is deceiving. Cost. Company does not stand behind their product.

The Bottom Line:

Don't buy this toaster.
