BEWARE

I purchased this microwave in May. It has operated a total of about 10 days since that time (out of about 4 months). It keeps blowing an internal (read "service technician only") fuse. The warranty shop has had it now for three weeks waiting for a part from Viking (leaving a microwave-sized hole in my cabinetry). Viking refuses to exchange it for a new one, insisting on repairing it instead. This wouldn't be a problem if they actually stocked parts. We've had to rent a microwave for dinner parties. I used to think, "you get what you pay for." Not in this case. Viking customer service is as pathetic as this microwave.
