HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY

I purchased the all LP version of this range first. In spite of at least a dozen visits from the appliance repairman, they could not get the LP conversion to stop back firing so bad that the doors would nearly blow open when this would happen every time the oven would cycle off.
After a lot of complaining to Viking, I got them to replace it and I thought I would spend another 2 grand and get the dual fuel to eliminate the LP back firing problems. Upon delivery of the second range, the large oven did not work...at this point I had a sinking feeling that this range was going to be no better than the one it replaced! Since having the oven fixed, this range has been serviced 15 times, I'm on my 3rd griddle, the cook-top sags in the middle making it impossible to level the burners and everything else that you can think of has gone wrong with it, been replaced and numerous times. The last and worst thing that went wrong was a relay switch in the front, bottom area of the range. It came loose during the clean cycle and fell onto the body of the range. This caused an arch in power and for about 10 seconds, until the switch burned out, the entire range was electrified and IF anyone had been touching it at that moment, they would have been electrocuted!!!! This was the last straw and I am now negotiating with Viking to have this DANGEROUS piece of junk removed from my home and a full refund!! I would rather install two inexpensive ranges side by side to fill this space than try another so called professional range!

I am so disappointed; I thought I was buying the best and nothing could be further from the truth!
