I have only had mine for a few days but I am very pleased at this point. I too got mine at BBB and it was $99.99. I bought it because of reviews from various sites on the web. I am absolutely pleased with how quiet it is. A much better replacement of the off brand that I purchased at Wal-Mart and returned since it never changed the humidity in the room. I have not yet used the warm mist feature but that feature along with it being ultrasonic and the built in humidistat were the reasons that I purchased this unit. Again, I have only owned it a short time but I am very pleased.
