This could have been one of the greatest games ever made, but its not.
Pros:
-Immersive gameplay
-Interesting characters
-Good plot
-
Cons:
-Very bad animation
-Crippling bugs
-Low quality
The Bottom Line:
Could have been an amazing game but thanks to low production quality its only a mediocre game.

Author's Review
So I wasn't sure what to make of this game when I heard they were making another one of these. I loved the story line (hated the dialogue) of the last one but I wasn't a big fan of the point and click style. Then I heard it was going to be a combination of an FPS, and RPG, and a 3rd person beat-em-up...
...that coupled with the fact that its a Vampire The Masquerade game and I was sold.
A rich story, the Half Life 2 engine (!?), good voice acting, vampires, scantily clad women, guns, martial arts, being able to play a character that is totally insane and has conversations with stop signs, all in an RPGFPS fighting game?
Oh my god! This could be the game to end all games, right?
*sigh*
Wrong.
Unfortunately, all of these promising features are almost negated by the game's many bugs in many areas.
The first time the beginning animation started I was appauled, the quality was HORRIBLE! The cutscenes are worthless! The walking animations are ridiculous, the voice recordings were bad (the voice acting was good), some of the quests are UNSOLVABLE, the combat isn't very satisfying, and the entire game just has a rushed and/or low budget feel to it.
Couple this with the fact that it was supposed to be out over a year ago but couldn't be released until after Half Life 2 was released (They used HL2's engine) makes the fact that there are SO many bugs and the production quality is so sub-par totally inexcusable!
This is ACTIVISION! They aren't exacting hurting for cash, the quality of this game should have been MUCH higher especially when they had so much extra time to work on it!
That said, if you can deal with all of these problems there is a decent game in here, but it could have been WAY WAY WAY better if only they'd put more effort into the game.
