The stroller itself is kinda fine but just Terrible customer service

The stroller is by and large ok with a seemingly sturdy build. Almost all the surfaces are meant to be taken apart using Zippers very similar to winter jackets/coats zippers where the zipper a two parts and you slide one into the other and then pull the zipper to close.

ALL zippers on our stroller are very hard to operate. Right out of the box one of the zippers was defective as one half seemed larger than the other and just would not close.

We emailed their support and after much back and forth, they told us they won't do anything about it since it was bought from Shnoop, even though it was brand new and defective right out of the box. For such an expensive stroller, not having them stand behind the product is just pathetic. My advice, buy from a store if you must so that you can return it immediately if you have a problem cos this company does not stand behind its defective products.
