V-Moda Vibe Earbuds: Good bang for buck

I've had a number of in-ear buds like these. I've had to change over time because of loss or theft. Never learning from my lessons, I've bought a pair of Vibes. I initially saw these on gizmodo.com and they really caught my eye. I love their appearance and feel. In short, they are almost identical in comfort to the EX71LP (or MX?...the sony fontopia's). Three sets of silicon buds come with; a neat pouch as well. I've found that very practical and will likely preserve the buds for some time.

As far as sound, I must confess I'm no audiophile. I've heard friends arguing over the clarity or punch of their Shure buds, etc... I listen to a lot of electronica and rock; some classical. In short, everything sounds great.

You shouldn't be looking at earbuds if you're expecting Bang & Olufsen home stereo sound. If you want something better, look at Grado's, etc... But these are great for commuting, office work, etc... And they look great.
