Unreal Pricetag?

Pros: Nice Graphics

Cons: Nothing moves fluently. Hard to keep up because of lag, even when not on multiplayer

The Bottom Line: Get it, but only if you are going to play online or if you have multiple systems to play multiplayer on. Don't pay $50, try to get it cheaper.

Well I rented this game yesterday to play with my friends on my local XBOX. It took me a while, but I finally figured out how to get the multiplayer set up the way I wanted. Much to my dissappointment, the game didn't run very well. It lagged quite a bit, and we weren't even playing online.

Graphics - 4/5
This has some nice graphics which remind me of quake III. I would have rated this a 3.5, but i decided it would be easier to round it up.

Controls - 4/5
Doesn't take much time to learn these.

Sound - 3/5
Nice sound effects. The voices of the computers can sometimes get repetitive, but are also funny at moments.

Gameplay - 2/5
This can lag even when not playing on the internet.

Concept/Story - 2/5
Um, lets blow up everything that isn't on our team. Not much of a story.

Overall - 3/5
I suggest it, but only if you have a broadband connection, have time on your hands, and are going to play online. I don't suggest this for multiplayer locally unless you have separate TV's for everyone playing. The splitscreen mode sucks.

Don't pay $50, try to get it cheaper.
