I work at home and this 2 line phone worked awesome for me. I primarily answer phones at home for a living at the moment and I needed a handset that was 2 lines, and could do several options easily. I have been using these phones for about 1 year now.
So let's break down the categories:
Setup - Really simple. Dock the phones on the charging cradle overnight. Then the next morning simply put them on the main base and you are ready to go. For those of you who want to know, I am using a TRU9466 base and it synced wonderfully with all 3 handsets I have. Global management is also possible through the base. You can read the review for the base system here:

Functionality - Here are the functions that I use ALL the time on: Mute, Conference Calling, Speaker Phone. I'm using these functions 20-30 times a day minimum and they are VERY easy to use. I use some other functions not as often, then include intercom system that is built in, custom ring tones, and I set the ringers on/off on the phones depending on the time of day.
I have used headsets with these and they work very well. Plug in headsets only though.
These are pretty basic functions compared to today's phones but let me tell you they are very easy to do on these and are user friendly! I have had other phone systems where muting took 3 or 4 buttons! ONE click with these!
The speaker-phone function is loud and clear. Very well done in my opinion.
Conference calling is quick and easy as well.
The only function I miss from another handset system I've owned in the past is the ability to chose how to call back a missed call. When you see on a caller ID 1-555-655-8555 and you happen to be in the 555 area code, you simply want to dial the last 7 digits, or perhaps you just want to dial everything without the 1. On this phone, this is not an option.
Battery Life - Wonderful. Standby of at least a few days, talk time of at least 3 hours.
Ergonomics - Easy to hold, easy to "shrug" and hold so that you have two hands available to use.
Range - I must say, the range on these has been slightly limited. I have the base system in the basement of the house. I have perfect reception on both the ground level and the upstairs. I can even walk outside with these but once you reach the point where reception starts to drop, it goes from 100% clear to 10%. I would say the overall ACTUAL range of the handset is 300 ft.
This phone works for 2 lines with VoIP This was a MAJOR plus!
