Great Idea, Bad Execution

This was a great idea putting the GPS/VHF handhelds together. However, the base map is terribly inaccurate, and to have marine navigation you have to spend much $$ to purchase the Magellan Blue Nav CD. The Mystic is a marine product, it should come with marine navigation charts. If you purchase the Blue Nav North American charts you will find that they only let you load one at a time to your unit. That means that if you travel out of the local chart area, you have to carry your PC along with the CD in it to load another chart. It doesn't matter that you have plenty of memory to load more charts, or that you paid dearly for the Blue Nav CD, you can only load one chart. When I asked Magellan customer service if they had a fix or intented to change this, they said "sorry, you can only load one chart and it's in your license agreement". I knew that already, I wanted to know if they were going to change it. Can't get a response now. Uniden needs to go with a different chart supplier.
