Stephenie Meyer - Twilight

Twilight is the first of four books written in the Twilight Series.It is very well written. It is a novel that will trap your attention and you won't be able to put the book down until you are finished. When you are finished you will be left wanting more. Twilight is intense, laid back, funny, kind of a little of everything. It is a book for readers who love Mythological Romance.

Twilight was written by a lady named Stephanie Myer. She grew up a mormon, and actually graduated from BYU University. As you can imagine, she got a lot of grief from people when her main interest of writing was on vampires. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

The main characters in Twilight are vampires. They are not ordinary vampires though. They drink animal blood, have yellow eyes, don't have fangs, and radiate in the daytime.

The main boy vampire is named Edward, and the main girl character is actually a human named Bella. Bella moves to forks to live with her Dad, and doesn't like it there because it rains too much.Edward had a special gift of reading others minds, but for some reason he can't read Bella's, and it drives him crazy. Edward's family claims to be adopted by humans so that they can go out into the real world. They pretend to be a family.

Edward is always saving Bella, because she is somewhat of a cluts. He ends up saving her from a traditional vampire named James that tries to kill her, a car crashing into her, and from rapists.

Twilight is a novel that I definately recommend. They are the most popular book out there right now. If the content that I have told about sounds at all interesting to you, then I know you will love them! They are pretty thick books, but they are definately worth the time, and I promise by the time you are done reading them you will be left wanting more.
