Highlander Disapointment

The Highlander is a good looking vehicle, especially from rear view. Second row seats are roomy but too firm.
The front seats are too small and hard. 20 minutes of driving and you find yourself squirming in the seat.
Not enough leg room for me (5'8.5" tall)
When going for the brakes, the toe of my shoe hits the steering column. When turning the steering wheel, sometimes my finger hits the cruise control button and turns it on. The brakes are spungy. Excellerator throttle
is unresponsive in that it has a delay when depressed and then all of a sudden a surge. Also sometimes causing the transmission to downshift with a bang going around a corner.
