Excellent car

I bought my car brand new. Ever since it's been no problem-no trouble purchase. I do all the required maintenance as far as changing oil (every 4K miles even though the manual says it can be changed every 5K miles) and such. Now, it's almost 100K later and the car is still running very well. Actually, I don't see anything different in the way it performs compared to the days when it was still new. In general it's a very reliable (especially for the price) vehicle. This particular model had highest safety ratings in 2004 and that was the reason I bought the car in the first place. Even though it's a relatively small car, there is plenty of space inside. I had people who are 6 feet and taller drive with me and they felt pretty comfortable. 
The interior looks a bit cheap and not very up-to-date even back in 2004. There are no bells and whistles, everything is very basic. You still have to lean forward and reach to switch radio channels, even though power windows are standard which is very nice. 
In the time I've owned the car, there were a few minor glitches. For a couple of months the speakers would stop working if I go over a bump or something. But then it kind of got fixed on its own. The windshield glass got a bit scratched from simple use of windshield wipers. I'm not sure if the glass is not a very good quality or whatnot. In any case, it's not very noticeable except if I'm driving in the sun. 
All in all, it's a great car. I can totally recommend it.
