The Bottom Line: If you don't want to pay four to five hundred dollars, go with with HD DVD players which cost less than two hundred dollars for Toshiba's HD-A2 model

The Bottom Line: I recommend a purchase. It is cheaper than Blu-Ray with the same quality picture, but with better special features standard on all discs.
Review: I have been telling my wife for months that I wanted to save up and get an HD-DVD player. She really surprised on Christmas morning by having one under the tree for me!

The Bottom Line: For the price I think it's a good buy. If you watch a lot of movies filmed at 24frames the player is excellent in 1080P/24hz.
