Pros: (Not Many) Easy to Setup, Works Fast (When it works)

Cons: Very Noisy, Has a VERY short life span, Unreliable.

My Company has purchased a number of these switches (approx. 8). They are easy to setup and seem to perform well, but they are really noisy. Some of us have tried to hide are switch underneath things to make them quieter. The reason they are noisy is because they have a fan inside them that generates a lot of sound. I can deal with the sound, but the fans are dying one by one. The fan in mine just died a few minutes ago. Mine is the third or fourth one to die. Each time the fan stops the device overheats and dies. Mine started rebooting every few minutes resetting all my current network connections.

I would not recommend this product! Get a Dlink or some other brand.
