Cons: Requires HD for good picture
Review: If you have a playstation 3 or blueray player this tv is awesome. You will definitely need HD tv to use this tv. I got mine on sale for $1499. I have not seen anything else that compares to this price for size. LCD and Plasma make be better pictures ...

Pros: Large 65" screen size, crisp, clear and vivid, wide viewing angle, low price.
Cons: No picture in picture, does not come with stand, lamp life uncertain.
The Bottom Line: Solid television for the money, outstanding picture quality, good audio, but better with surround sound. Lots of old and new inputs for standard and HD.
Review: UPDATE There is one very important issue a buyer should check out with this television set prior to purchase. It would be wise to visit one of your local stores to view a DLP television. I have heard of the rainbow effect with some tvs but ...

Pros: Size, clarity, and light weight.
Cons: Screen can be easily scratched.
The Bottom Line: I have already recommended this tv to others. For the size and price - it can't be beat!
Review: We researched several HDTVs and came up with this one for the size and price. We have a big room and wanted to be able to keep the cost reasonable but have a big tv. This DLP is working out great. The picture is very sharp in HD and can be viewed ...

Pros: Great sound Quality
Cons: Side view not the greatest...
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this is one of the best out at this time
Review: Before I get started You need to beware of the bulbs in all these D.L.P. are blowing like crazy between 2000 to 5000 hours. Comparing that to the L.C.Ds Which are going around 50,000 to 80,000. Now thats a shock.I bought a 3 year on-site warranty with 2 ...

Pros: Beautiful HD picture, lightweight, great sound
Cons: TV is about 24-28" deep? Just a guesstimate. Makes it tough for a tight fit.
Review: This is a sweet TV. It has a HD picture comparable to any other TV on the market, but you'll pay hundreds or thousands less for this TV to get the same picture quality. Vivid colors, awesome sound, user friendly, sleek design. I have had my TV for 10 ...

I've replaced 2 lamps in less than 3 months-that's not quality

Pros: Looks great, great HD picture, easy to use, good sound, and reasonably priced
Cons: 2 lamps in less than 3 months. That's not quality.
The Bottom Line: Buy a different brand. All DLP TVs will have lamps that occasionally fail. But to fail twice in less that 3 months a inexcusable.
Review: Since I purchased it on 8 August 2007 I have had to replace the lamp twice and we only watch it twenty or so hours a week. Thankfully it's under warranty and the lamp isn't costing me anything out of pocket but the warranty is only good for one year. ...

Pros: Amazing picture with great features and interface
Cons: Horrible long term bulb life
The Bottom Line: I cannot recommend a product when the manufacture will not stand behind it.
Review: My friend bought this model television which is essentially the same as the previous year's 62MX195 model I reviewed in that it uses the same bulb and same TALEN (TN) light engine. This post is on topic because model numbers change from year to year and ...

Pros: Very Nice Picture
Cons: Bulbs don't last and cost $200
Review: The DLP technology requires a bulb that is known to fail. I have gone through 3 bulbs in less than 24 months. Toshiba Customer Service apologizes for the problem but no help. The bulbs cost $200, so unless you want to invest $200 a year into the TV, ...

Pros: there isn't much positive to say about this TV after less than a year.
Cons: Quality fades away far too fast.
Review: Too bad there were not reviews back then, within 6 months a white spot developed on the screen. Toshiba sent out a tech Nov. '07 who didn't touch the set and haven't heard from him since. Now there are 3 white spots on the screen that are very ...

Pros: Fair value for the size of screen.
Cons: Extremely short life span of the lamp or the circuit boards.
Review: Quality control problem with the electronics makes this purchase a bad experience. I had this TV for about 15 months. It went through 4 lamp bulbs. Now the circuit board has failed. Contact with Toshiba representatives revealed ...
