Toshiba 19HLV87 19 in. HDTV/DVD Combo

I purchased this TV for a guest room because my mother in law was coming to visit. By the time she got here, it was past the Bestbuy return period. I then found out that it locks up when you are changing channels or fast fowarding the DVD. To get it to work again you must unplug it for about 10 minutes. Finally it got so frequent that I sent it back to the factory at my expense. They kept it about a week and sent it back. It worked about 15 minutes out of the box and then locked up completely on the TV side although the DVD still worked. I took it to Bestbuy and they are going to try to fix it for me but from reading other reviews where people have sent theirs back multiple times to no result I suspect I am out $500. When I brought mine, there were no bad reviews out, you won't have that excuse. Please Sony build small TVs again!
I will never buy another Toshiba product.
