Whoa Nelly! 40 mph sure is top gear all right!

Review: I think the title is misleading. It is anything but Top Gear, Dare, or Devil. First, 45 mph? Top gear? The last time I checked, that was first gear. Dare? What dares? This game has no plot. And don't get me started with devil.
