TomTom GO 510 Car GPS Receiver

(as I am writing this, I am holding on the phone with TomTom support!!!) I bought my TomTom in December 2007 from CompUSA as it was going out of business. I thought I was getting a good price on a nice piece of equipment, but...
1- the unit told me that its map was outdated (I guess they put out new maps each year)
2- I had added my customers to the map as Points of Interest (POIs). I had to do this 1 by 1 (I have over 100 customers) so this was no easy task
3- after being on the phone with their support techs for over an house, I was finally able to download a new map (gratis), but:
4- the POIs had to all be re-entered. I tried to transfer them, but it seems that you can't do that to a new map, so my new map was corrupted (I guess). So now,
5- I am trying to get this fixed by re-downloading the map again,and have been on the phone with these people for an hour, from 1 tech to another.

So----if you are looking to buy a navigation device, think twice about TomTom....

there are several other things I don't like about the unit, and since I am still on hold for support tech, I can tell you that:
1- each time you log on with your device, they give you an update, but it reduces the amount of memory on the device, so I had to
2- order a 2GB SD card (it's on its way in the mail) (remember that I just got this thing a few months ago)

I would have returned it to CompUSA, but they went out of business, so all sales final...
