Splinter Cell: ChaozzzZZZZZzzzz, Boring!!!

I got this game by choice and I have never been more dissapointed, Here's why.


GRAPHICS

The graphics are amazing, But they require a great graphics card, The game when running, Wastes all your video memory thinking it needs more memory, You need to close down all your processes and get a 256MB Video card for it to run well. and I faced worse lag than this.

GAMEPLAY

The gameplay is the same as Splinter Cell, But with some small additions, You now get a combat knife, can now read eMail and sound now get's to the enemies thanks to the Improved AI, but these minor improvments doesnt make the gameplay any better, as Minor AI glitches and Sneaking making a sound make the game feel less like Sam Fisher and more like Gordon Freeman as you carefully press the UP button slowly so you can sneak quietly. You also feel more like Gordon Freeman as the Non-Lethal/Lethal Violence restrictions are left out and the 3 alarms system has been removed. and the AI hasn't improved a bit. Even on Expert, The AI still sit down, Go onto scripted guard routes, and Stay where they are, But hey, Who's to say. You can interrogate them, But wait, There's more, They say diffrent things, But they repeat them, What happened to free speach, I feel dissapointed, They promised me human speach, but they didn't. Sam has moves, But he hardly uses it. The story here is pure Tom Clancy, but the story seem similar to Pandora Tommorow, Stopping a terroist force from taking over the world, and that's Chaos Theory in a nutshell.

MULTIPLAYER

The multiplayer doesn't live up to the Splinter Cell name, It adds only one more mode to the game, Co-Op, The co-op mode is unnessecary, It's laggy and with the addition of Co-Op moves, It makes it unplayable with co-op moves that don't even work, and It's laggy as hell, and the improvment of Spies V.S. Mercenary, It's still a seperate program, and Guess what, It's the same multiplayer mode from Pandora Tommorow and It uses the same engine, I mean what the hell happened to the Engine, It's not used here, It uses the same engine as before. God!!!, I wanted improved graphics here, Not the same game with more modes. Why won't they give us what they want???, There is one more thing I like to state here that the rooms are dead and there is almost no action going on here.

WEAPONS & ITEMS

There are 2 weapons here, The SC-20K Rifle and the SC Pistol. The SC-20K has rifle attachments, like a foregrip attachments, The SC Pistol is standard, But it includes an attachment that can disable electronics for a short ammount of time, But I never use it, The gadets they give you seem ported out of Splinter Cell and Pandora Tommorow, but you can't use them becuase the Mousewheel, That used to be used to switch from weapons to gadgets, is useless now, So I can't talk about how the gadets work. Moving On.

MAPS

The maps are massive and wide in scale. These maps should be one of the best ones ever, It looks like the real thing, and plays like the real thing, The detailing on the maps are widely done and the lighting is put in the right places, It's just like your there, It's amazing.

MUSIC

The music is greatly composed by a guy named Amon Tobin, But it's mostly ripped of from Pandora Tommorow, The music was ripped of from Pandora Tommorow, But almost some music is new, It was hard to figure out.

SOUNDS

The sound design has been greatly improved, From the sound of the thunder to the gunshots of the guns, The sounds look all good, There is even this sound masking system where Sam Creeps up onto a enemy and they can't hear it, and lightning covers your track, It's simply amazing.

VECHICLES

There are no drivable vechicles in this game, Sorry.

FINAL VERDICT

This game meets up to gamers recomdations, But it barley lives up to my standards, It's boring, repetive, and has very small improvments, Go buy Pandora Tommorow.
