Caller ID announce doesn't work correctly

Pros: If you just want a regular phone, it works for that.

Cons: Complicated to set up, phone book in order entered, not alphabetical.

Review: I thought if I entered in the name of unidentified callers (not blocked, but cell phone calls that only show the number and not the name) that it would display or announce them correctly when the person subsequently called. Not. It still says ...
