Chris Van Allsburg - The Polar Express: Gift Set

I purchased this book for my children about ten years ago. We were going through a hard time then, and spirits were running low. Plus, some Scrooge had told my son that there was no Santa Claus. This book changed all that and brought back my children's faith. When they had it, how could I not? The artwork is beautiful and detailed, not cartoonish like so many children's books can be, and the story line is sooo good, different from other Christmas/Santa books. I recently came across the book again while straightening the book shelves, and re-read it on the spot. The warm feelings it invokes came back once again. This is a book that you can't go wrong with!
