Love truely overcomes all

This movie was an amazing movie! I found myself wanting to know more and more about the characters. The acting by both the young Noah and the older Noah (James Gardner) was unbelievable. As a woman, it made me long for a man who was like that in real life! The acting of Allie, both the younger Allie and the older Allie was so wonderful!

During the times of great pain or great decision you actually felt yourself pondering what you would do. During the fights or quarrels you felt yourself drawn in. During the times that the older Allie was sundowing (as is common with dimentia) you felt yourself crying.

The issue of old age was handled wonderfully in this movie. Having had a grandmother with dimentia and seeing many people with the same condition in her nursing home, you can tell that the director and writer did alot of research.

The end scene made me cry in a way a movie has not done in a long time. I highly recommend this movie for couples who need a "couples" movie without all the sex and comedy in some movies today. This movie is truely a movie for romantics.
