Good Disney Movie

I remember when this movie first came out. I had been waiting and waiting to rent it on video so that we could watch it at home. When it finally hit the stores I could never get there in time to get it. It was always sold out! Finally I asked to have one put on reserve and was told it was taken off the shelves due to some kind of porn that was printed on the cover. I was upset and envious of those that did have it.
After a few months it finally came back out to the stores and we were finally able to rent it! It was one of Disney's best movies ever. Even though it is a cartoon, the characters are so real right down to the blinks of their eyes.
The show was enchanting and I believe my favorite part was the scene on the lagoon with Ariel and the Prince and all the wild animals singing.
I still do not own a copy of this movie yet but I intend to get one, especially since there is a new Mermaid II coming out. I can't wait!
