Only Manson's genius of musical architecture

At first hearing this cd appeared nothing special to me. However, after continuous replay it begins to have more of an affect on you. The lyrical content is all too sufficient to comprehend at first, but that makes for longer play without repetitivness. You will soon notice why this compilation took more effort and time from Manson than ever before. Truly a masterpiece.

This disk provides everything that you could expect from Manson: smart lyrics, hard style, varied tempo to give you breathing room, and a collection of musical melodies that will tickle your eardrums craving for meaning and soul in song. Manson reaches all those listening closely to what is being said as opposed to those merely hearing him. Absolutely the best mixture of lyrics and rhythm that i have ever hear from Manson.

This is not for the light at heart or literal listeners. For meaning, thought, musical delight, and overall astounding presentation of the mix, The Golden Age of Grotesque is superb.
