The Bottom Line: If you need HANDS FREE operation this is a great gate--if you don't NEED hands free, look at the less expensive Evenflo Swing Gate.
Review: I was inclined to purchase this hands free gate without as much comparison shopping as I normally do because I had seen three in use at a friends house for two years now--with no problems.

Hesitating only because of a bad past experience...

Greatest Gate on the Market!!!!!!
