It Really Impressed Me

Not only was this workout accessible for beginners and avid exercisers as well, but it didn't make me feel bad about my weight as many other workout DVD's did because of their stick thin instructors. I loved that the demonstrators in this DVD were real people, with real curves and real struggles to get in shape. It was simple, easy to follow, and I can see how it would be extremely effective. I'm really uncoordinated, and I was suprised that even I could follow along with the rules. Bob is a little chatty, and the cuing could be better, but when it comes to choosing this DVD or a more expensive, hyped up informercial one to work out with every day, I'll chose the simple and straightforward Biggest Loser.
