Author's Review
I have been playing Oblivion off and on for months on end, the style of play you choose creates the very being of your character, you can be a valiant knight of the light; a protector of the innocence and a hero amongst heroes whose skill with the blade is second only to your proficiency in plate armor. You can take on the role as a assassin of the night, a member of the dark brotherhood whose power comes from the darkest recesses of ones mind; where your greatest power is enhanced by neglecting your blood drinking, however, with that great power come great weaknesses and unique challenges.
Overall, there is no wrong way to play this incredible game, if you choose to live the life of a hero than you will change the world around you; as a hero. If you choose to live the life of a villain, money and items will come easily but at the cost of your good name.
The Graphics in this game are truly second to none, and the voice of Patrick Stewert is a fun addition to this game (Captain Jean Luc Pickard, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Professor X, XMen I, II, and III).
I honestly have NO clue if there is an end to this marvelous game as I have not played that far in, but the level of detail of every aspect of this game is just amazing. You can buy and own houses and horses, you can join guilds and fight in the arena.
If you are looking for a LONG game that will take you a LONG time to beat, then this is the game for you.
