Lil' Wayne............the album....well......is all that!!!!

Tha Block is hot introduces the the world to Lil' Wayne in his first solo project. Wayne being one of the Hotboys led me to believe that this would be a tight album and of course it was.

I bought this album because if Cash Money produced and of course Cash Money makes the hits. Lil' was 16 when he dropped this album so I was skeptical that this might be a joke right...I mean how well can someone who hasn't got his driver's liscence tell me...ya know.

Man let me tell he proved himself. Wayne's ability to stand alone is evident. F... the World is a great song where Wayne speaks on his trouble of being a youth growing up in New Orleans and how he just tries to maintain some kind of realness wit his family. His title song Tha block is hot was the rap song at end of 99'. This album features the whole Cash Money Click Mannie Fresh, Juvenile, Baby, B.G. and Turk. And of course you know they stunt like no other. Go get this album it is truly ballarific!
