Not much nice to say about it.

The Bottom Line: We won't be buying Tefal toasters. They simply aren't of good quality.
This was our second Tefal toaster. The first one (a similar looking model) lasted about 5 years.
We bought his one about a year ago and it worked fine for about 2 months. It stopped toasting the middle so I emailed customer service to be told our city didn't have a repair service and either mail it back to them or take it to another city. Not wanting to spend the money to mail it or wanting to be without a toaster we just continued to use it. My husband was finished with it when it was only toasting the outer edge of one side. That was yesterday.
The crumb tray holds just that, one crumb. I don't understand how any crumbs could drop down to it as the holes are very small. I had to turn it upside down to get the bigger crumbs out.
The cord wrap needs improvement as well. I ended up using a cord clamp instead.
By the way, there are only two of us and the toaster was probably used about once a week over the course of the year.
Today, we purchased a completely different model at a much higher price thinking that maybe we've just been buying cheap toasters and that is why they don't last.
