Author's Review

I have a Compaq Presario 2.93 GHz, 500 RAM

Here are my complaints:

1. The software installation is nearly impossible. After spending 2 hours checking everything, I called support, on hold for 25 minutes on phone, and learned that they would send another set of instructions. I used these utterly laughable instructions and sort of got it to work. During the installation process, Windows XP warned that the driver was not Windows certified.

2. The audio delays were longer than expected (maybe because I'm simply unfamiliar with these units). But otherwise, the unit looked like a quality unit.

3. I installed Itunes, my entire audio went warbling. Had to de-install everything, and finally concluded the unit is worthless.
