Best thing in my kitchen!

This is a superb toaster oven. Toasts quickly, evenly, and *consistently*. You will not get any variation between uses- the toast always looks the same on the same setting. It is also extremely easy to use. I'm not sure what the other posters are referring to when they say it's difficult to use- you hit toast, select how brown you want it, and hit start! Baking it equally simple- hit back, choose temperature, and hit start. Baking and broiling works very well, although I use the broil feature less often.

Finally, and most importantly, this thing is a breeze to clean. The crumb tray slides out and protects the entire bottom from crumbs. 10 minutes of cleaning and the thing looks brand new. It's also probably the best looking toaster oven out there- particularly nice if you have a white kitchen.

All in all, a great product.
