Pros: Attractive design, easy use, even cooking.

Cons: Expensive, but worth it!  Convection can cause things near it to rattle.

The Bottom Line: I'd definitely recommend the Cuisinart TOB-165.  It costs a little more, but will do almost everything a full sized oven can do with the added bonus of the convection feature.

Pros: Ease of use (I didn't even need manual). Lack of emitted heat.

Cons: Crumb tray loads from back, what idiot designed that?! For cost, should include more pans.

The Bottom Line: This is a must buy for any single chef, or family with teen-agers. The cuisinart reputation is why I ranked it a 5 for durability. It seems solid.
