Nice Little Oven

I bought this oven so I wouldn't have to fire up the big one for every little thing and I have been very happy with it. It takes a 12-inch pizza with no trouble and I can even fit my small cast-iron skillet in it to make cornbread. It is even tall enough to take a roast or a small turkey breast.

I have not calibrated its thermostat, but it seems right on. Heat distribution seems to be great (the convection part I suppose).

It makes good toast but the dial is a bit hard to set to the same place every time so sometimes it comes out a little lighter and sometimes it is a little darker. Big deal.

Wonder of wonders I have started using this little oven in place of the microwave! Never thought I would say that!

It does get hot, so be careful what you place on top and where you touch it (use the handles). I suppose it would make a nice warming plate for one item while you cooked another.

I wish the glass door was removable so I could just toss it in the dishwasher, but it isn't. Everything else in the interior can be removed and put in the dishwasher.

18-month update: All is well and the oven is still going strong. I use it almost every day. I have discovered that it is large enough, and the heat is even enough, for it to safely cook items that are labelled "Do not cook in a toaster oven". I suspect that is because it is a convection oven that distributes its heat very evenly.
