Pros: works great for a while

Cons: don't rely on the warranty to get a suitable replacement

The unit worked for 6 months, then quit misting. The manufacturer sent me a "re-conditioned" unit, which lasted 6 more months and quit. They replaced it with another "re-conditioned" unit which had scratches, water stains, foul odors and I never even plugged it in to see if it worked. The 3 year warranty is a joke, because they keep replacing bad units with used units, which is how they made me mad as hell.
