Product is cheaply made

Review: After 6 months the control panel is not working. Customer Service told me there had been a problem with the control panel....but I would have to pay for shipping. Even though maybe it should have been recalled.

I would not waste my money...

XJ-3000C - Working great for me

The Bottom Line: If you are an allergy sufferer, don't hesitate. Order a unit from www.surroundair.com right away. It's changed my life after suffering 25 years of allergies.

Review: Tip: Surround Air sells all their returned and defective/repaired purifiers on ebay so you'll save a bundle if you buy that way instead of paying full retail.

They have this air purifier on there all the time at $49.

The Bottom Line: If you buy the XJ-3000c, don't expect it to be working the following year. Although it's a good concept, it's extremely poorly made and chances are strong it will break.
Review: Although this product is a great concept, if it breaks after several months, it's not worth it. My story is this... I'd been looking for an air purifier for quite some time and finally settled on the XJ-3000 which was the best of all purifiers...

Hard to imagine getting excited about this product

The Bottom Line: Not recommended. There are so many to choose from, you can probably find something you will like just as well locally for much less money.
Review: Is this product all that some of the "over the top" reviews here claim? Or is it just a bunch of hype? Good question.

For the price, this product has much lower air flow than a number of less expensive NAME BRAND air purifiers sold in...

IT REALLY WORKS
