Super Mario 3

The Bottom Line: This is one of the funnest games ever
Whenever I think of playing Super Mario 3, I can only think of fun times in my far distant past. You know what I mean those memories of fun times, that now that you are an adult you can not do anymore because you are too mature. Well Nintendo is trying to make those distant memories come true again. Nintendo has re-released some of its best selling games, onto Gameboy Advance one of which is Super Mario 3.
I have to say playing on the small Gamboy Advance screen is not the same as being able to play on a larger television screen.
The Story line for the game is pretty simple. The Evil Bowser has kidnapped Princess Peach yet again, and it is Mario's job to rescue her. Bowser has turned the Kings of 7 Kingdoms into different Animals, and has put one his children in each kingdom to be in control. Mario moves through each level battling each of Bowser's children and returning each king to their original selves.
This game is not 3D it is a side scroll game. Passing a level is pretty simple, in the level just move as far as you can to the right without dying and when you get to the end of the level just grab the changing picture.
This game has some cool power ups for instance the Tanooki suit which can fly or turn you into a statue. The Frog Suit makes you able to swim underwater more easily. The Feather which helps you fly. The Fire Flower which makes you able to throw fire balls.
One thing that is very recognizable and does not get old is the Super Mario 3 Music. Whoever wrote this music knew what they were doing because all the tunes in this game are very catchy.
I am very happy that this game was re-released it gives me the chance to relive a childhood memory. I hope that you might take the chance to relive your childhood memories as well.
