Pros: Retractable cord. Easy to read fill level.

Cons: Must be unplugged to be OFF, leaks though it claims to be Drip Free.

The Bottom Line: I am very disappointed in this iron. Sunbeam used to make top of the line small appliances. This is what happens when China makes our products.
