Pros: Steady,weight&balance. electronically controled heat. long 12 ft cord, no leaking, variable steams&burst of steam
Cons: small icons on steam control, no real place to wrap cord around
Review: Lives up to all it claims. After 12 years of B&D, this one is far superior. Better balanced than most on the market, especially the retractible cord ones. They are too heavy on the rear and you are dragging the cord holder around while you are ironing. ...

Pros: Dependable heat control, nice steam supply, auto shut-off
Cons: The temperature selections switch on handle to close to where who palm is.

What this needs is to be able to steam press clothes

Pros: Looks nice. Can use shiny sole plate as mirror sometimes. Or the proverbial doorstop.
Cons: Just about everything. This was not a cheap iron in price.
The Bottom Line: Maybe your experiece will be better. I would look at other brands of iron. But I'll give it 2 stars, it did heat up.
