The Bottom Line: I highly recommend the Sunbeam Hand/Stand Mixer for those who want a powerful, inexpensive, reliable mixer with dough hooks, a stand, and a bowl.

Piece of junk!

The Bottom Line: Mine broke after 3 uses, skip this model and brand.
Review: I received this mixer as a gift almost 2 years ago. I've only used it 3 or 4 times. Yesterday, in the middle of a batch of cookie dough, it just died. I turned the mixer off to add more ingredients to the dough, and the mixer refused to start again...

Review: I originally purchased this mixer in 2004. Took it home, used it less than 6 times and it died. I took it back to the store where I bought it, they exchanged it for a brand new one in the box. I left that one in the box, I was apprehensive about...
