Looks good in the store but doesn't stand up.

The Bottom Line: A seemingly solid product in the store arrives home only to expose poor manufacturing after a short period of use.
Review: I bought this mixer for my wife for Christmas this year (less than 3 months ago). She asked for a mixer and was quite taken with the look of this one. She simply asked that we not spend a fortune on a Kitchen Aid model for now.

The bowl slipped off of the base when kneading bread dough.

Review: I bought this mixer specifically for kneading bread dough. The bowl would slip off of the base as the dough started to knead. It was clear that this mixer was not going to do what I needed it for. I did not try to mix anything else with this mixer.
