Not a bad mixer

I decided to buy the Sunbeam mixer because it was more affordable than a KitchenAid and had power closer to a KitchenAid than other beaters I had looked at. I have wanted a stand mixer for some time but just couldn't get myself to fork out to much money yet. I have had it for almost 4 months and like it for the most part. I have made cookies, bread dough, whipped cream, basically whatever I could think of to test it with and I haven't noticed it sounding bogged down by anything yet. I do notice that when I mix bigger batches or stiffer doughs the dough will crawl up the beaters as the bowl turns which can be a little messy. I really enjoy having a stand mixer so it frees my hands up and I do have a hand mixer for those emergency backups when the stand mixer bowls are taken up.

I would suggest for someone to get this if you want the benefits of having a stand mixer but not pay the money you would for a KitchenAid, just don't expect a KitchenAid quality.
