The Bottom Line: great value when compared to Honda and Toyota. Live with some minor picking points, get AWD for free.
Review: We bought our 2003 Subaru Legacy L Special Edition Wagon new in Feb 03 with 17 miles on the odometer. Our horrible 1998 Ford Explorer Sport trade-in sat woefully as we quickly emptied the glovebox, hoping that the dealer did not change his mind on...

Review: Put your foot in it and go. It could use more power but what couldn't? Pulls hills great. I regularly pass high end (BMW-Lexus etc...) pulling the steep grade to my house. Combine that with 25 mpg, I have no complaints. Best ever!
