It's a great car!

Pros: Good looks. Runs well. Economical. Good cargo space.

Cons: Don't like the Subaru CD player/ speakers, and wind noise on front driver door.

The Bottom Line: Buy it if you want a great car that is an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to a minivan.

We recently sold our 1992 Subaru Loyale wagon which we loved and purchased a 2002 Subaru Legacy wagon. We just returned from a long car/camping trip (over 7000 kms.) and had nothing but good luck and good driving with the car. It runs smoothly and well, the a/c works well, I like the power driver's seat a lot, and there is ample leg room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The cargo space is much better than it appears! We fit a ton of stuff in. We got the roof racks installed but didn't need to use them. We hauled a 1000 lb. trailer for our trip and had no trouble. the AWD seemed helpful with hauling the trailer. A great car! Looks gorgeous, good price, rides well.
