Missing/damaged parts & rather bad customer service
Pros:
The crib's color (natural) approximately matches that of the other furniture items.
Cons:
Incomplete shipment, damaged parts not arriving any time soon, annoyingly arrogant and dismissive customer service.
The Bottom Line:
Incomplete shipment and really bad customer service.

Author's Review
I am very disappointed in the quality of the Storkcraft shipments of baby furniture and also in the quality of the company's customer service.
We had the misfortune of ordering a crib, a changing table, and a dresser (all Aspen) from Storkcraft via Babies-r-us. It was unfortunate because two of the three items (the crib and the table) arrived with missing AND damaged parts and because, three weeks after ordering, the damaged parts (split upper headboard, etc.) have not been shipped.
The storkcraft customer service is by far the most arrogant, careless, and otherwise unqualified of all the customer services I've ever encountered. Not only were they not willing to check my shipment status (after admitting that the order was placed 3 weeks ago, the agent shouted "it normally takes 2 to 3 weeks for the shipment" and was ready to hang up), the best I could get from them is a promise (!) that they will try (!!!) to put the order in (whatever it means in their company lingo). All in all, I'd strongly recommend being careful when ordering from Storkcraft and prepared for dealing with the utterly awful customer service.
Obviously, having the first child, I'm no expert in furniture quality. I just hope it does not match the way Storkcraft handles its shipments (and customers too).
