Beautiful Sturdy Crib

by   lil8lis ,  Sep 15, 2008
Pros: Beautiful wood - sleigh style, sturdy
Cons: Assembly is confusing
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a beautiful crib that holds up over the years, this is a great find.
Review: I ordered the Storkcraft Aspen Stages Crib through Walmart.com back in 2006. I decided to go with the Oak finish. Out of all the cribs I saw in stores and online, I felt that this would be the sturdiest (no flimsy legs) and classic looking. ...

Very nice crib!

by   a_happy_mama ,  Mar 7, 2008
Pros: price, sturdiness, color
Cons: not made of hard wood, assembly can be tricky
The Bottom Line: Great sturdy crib and reasonably priced! If you want something that looks this nice but with hard wood, you can easily pay double what this costs.
Review: I bought this crib from Walmart.com (free shipping using Site to Store) and it came in the most enormous box I have ever seen...make sure if you buy it you have something larger than a sedan to haul it home with! I put most of it together on my own ...

This is a very nice crib

by   eightkids ,  May 21, 2008
Pros: Real wood, sturdy, beautiful, has extra storage and converts to day bed and full bed
Cons: Can't put a bumper around easily, the sides are thin
The Bottom Line: This is a great versatile crib for the money. It's real wood and it is great for extra storage. It is a beautiful piece of furniture.
Review: My mother bought me this crib for my latest born son (Feb 6th this year) and I am very pleased with it. It has the look of a "sleigh" style bed. It is beautiful. The crib was packaged well, everything was included, we weren't missing anything. It was ...

Experienced buyer likes this crib...

by   jmpote ,  Jan 10, 2006
Pros: Cost effective, durable, teething guard, drawer at bottom
Cons: drawer flimsy, sheets can be hard to put on mattress
The Bottom Line: Well worth the price. Includes drawer for additional storage. Solid construction. Easy assembly.
Review: First, the crib is easy to assemble, as far as cribs go. All parts were in tact and no need to call cust. serv. for any reason. The crib has a cottage/shabby-chic feel. I purchased the one in white. Secondly, crib has teething guard on front rail, ...

Good Crib. Okay material - very soft and easily scratchable

by   hhp9485 ,  Dec 30, 2007
Pros: Nice looking and quite sturdy compared to other cheapo brands, Extra big drawer
Cons: Easily scratchable, Not the sturdiest brand
Review: I bought this brand new crib last week at a bargain price from ebay.. Assembly was rather easy (~1 hour ) Once the crib was put together it looked very nice. (You need an adjustable ranch and a phillips screw driver while assembling - not included. Rest ...

Review: This crib feels great, looks great. I was very excited about this crib when I purchased it for my first child. However, now that she is almost 2 we decided to convert it to a toddler bed. Big mistake. The guard rail that comes with it is mostly ...

Pros: Storkcraft does make a beautiful crib. I also bought the dresser and

Missing/damaged parts & rather bad customer service

by   dennis777 ,  Feb 27, 2007
Pros: The crib's color (natural) approximately matches that of the other furniture items.
Cons: Incomplete shipment, damaged parts not arriving any time soon, annoyingly arrogant and dismissive customer service.
The Bottom Line: Incomplete shipment and really bad customer service.
Review: I am very disappointed in the quality of the Storkcraft shipments of baby furniture and also in the quality of the company's customer service. We had the misfortune of ordering a crib, a changing table, and a dresser (all Aspen) from Storkcraft via ...
