Pros: awesome look and feel!

Cons: defective construction, should be recalled! Similar to a plastic toy for a 3 year old.

The same thing happened to me, and everyone else I know who have owned a pair of these. This particular model is defective and should be removed from all shelves. If Stanton had any balls (which they don't) they would recall this item and refund everyone who wasted their hard earned money on these things. But lets be realistic- we can just all stick to quality monitors like Sony, and stay away from junk like Stanton! When you get turntables you go Technics, when you get headphones you go Sony, period! I wouldn't even buy Stanton needles anymore. Strictly Ortofon for me...
