Sports Illustrated for Kids is a spin-off of the oh-so-famous Sports Illustrated Magazine. This magazine is perfect for any athletic teens who like watching, reading about, or playing sports, especially males! This magazine is targeted towards anyone up to age 17.
~~~The Features~~~
The thing that makes SI for Kids a great magazine is that it has many features! There are stories, instructions from professional athletes, action photos, and comics! Another nice feature about this magazine is that it has many contests and activities in which you can be involved and participate in! A funny section of the magazine is where you can send in a funny photo with a caption. This magazine is very enjoyable for any kid or teen who likes sports!

As a little bonus, each issue comes with some cool things that you can use! Each issue always has a two sided, pull-out poster with a star athlete on each side. Another cool thing in each issue is a page of sports cards of famous athletes who kids like. SI for Kids also now features a teen section in every issue which is for the people who are not old enough for the regular Sports Illustrated, but SI for Kids might be too young for them. You can also look for the alternative covers of the issue!

This is terrific magazine for children and teens and I highly recommend getting it for any sports fans! The poster that comes with each issue is a big hit and the magazine really is a good way to have a child get interested in reading. Written well in a kid friendly way, each issue has collectible cards, trivia challenges and stories featuring various players and their lives. Fun, entertaining and informative, your child will keep copies of the magazine for years to come!
